Most of the heavy missile carriers in the former Soviet Union are produced by Maz (MAZ), and MZKT is a heavy chassis manufacturer under MAZ. In 1991, when the Soviet Union disintegrated, MZKT was separated from MAZ and operated separately and managed by Belarus.

After independence, MZKT orders mainly came from the countries of the former Soviet Union and produced a large number of strategic missile carriers for Russia. According to foreign media reports, the vehicle will be operated in oil companies in the future and may be used to transport pipelines and other equipment.

The power chain of 750440-010 is very characteristic. The engine is a Euro 5 13-liter engine from DAF. The specific model is unknown. The maximum power is 460 horsepower. The transmission is a Fast 16-speed manual transmission. Although the horsepower is not large, the European media is still very interested in this power chain.

In fact, this combination is not unreasonable. Because as early as 2019, Shaanxi Fast Automotive Transmission Group Co., Ltd. and Belarusian Maz Group cooperated to establish Fast Maz Co., Ltd. to develop the market in the CIS countries.
