The improvement of detail: Renault launches 2020 T- series and D- series trucks

Some time ago, Renault truck launches 2020 T, T high, D and Wide truck model。 T series new trucks improve the comfortable, reduce the fuel consumption; D series truck adopted new design and configuration, it is better to increase work efficiency.

• T series

2020 T series adopted new interior design, including full   textile seat, two driver handles and derma steering wheel. In addition, the new trucks come standard with three-way adjustable  steering column, a carbon- color instrument panel, aluminum handles and door sills, storage box capacity increased to 221 L.

In term of appearance, the radiator grill and rear view mirror still can customized in black or orange. This is an option for T and T High trucks.

The new truck standard Roadpad+, it can act as truck assistant, so that the driver can listen music, use speakerphone, with rear camera to make sure drive safely. With Roadpad+, driver can also get the navigation assistance from the truck’s dedicated satellite navigation system.

The T series used in long-distance fields is equipped with the Euro 6D stage’s DTI 11 or DTI13 engine. They are fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly. Compare with previous generation, the fuel consumption and carbon dioxide emission decrease 3%. And 2020 T and T High equipped new efficient axle and lighter disc brake, thereby further decrease fuel consumption.

The new truck can also be optional with an engine that can use XTL synthetic fuel and biodiesel,  there is saves additional  3%  of fuel.

 

• D series

Renault re-design the inter of D and D Wide series. 2020 truck model’s panel design again, and including a new steering panel and new black-white steering panel.

In order to  facilitate the work of driver, add table holder, an optional second smartphone  holder and two USB-C ports, and equipped with new radio equipment compatible with DAB+ digital terrestrial radio networks.

 

For great comfort, Renault truck equipped with optional comfort suit, including derma steering wheel, with side support drive seat, exactly storage box, second smartphone and sunroof.(Only applicable with D Wide.)

D and D Wide truck are adaptive cruise control (ACC) as standard, ACC automatically controls and acceleration and braking to main and safe distance from the vehicle in front, thereby improve safety, making driving more stable and reducing the driver;s labor intensity. In order to improve lighting effect, D and D Wider adopted LED tail lights.

To improve safety, Renault truck adopted optional safe bag, there is LED tail light, ramp start assist device, Co-pilot door with observation window and back-up alarm, to improve the protection of road participant.

For improve the effectiveness of vehicle,  renault truck D series model equipped with TGW 4G connect. They are compatible with  renault truck’s fleet management solution Optifleet. Using Optifleet, the truck fleet can management truck’s activity, which means can be fully controlled.

 

The diesel version is equipped with a Euro 6D stage engine, which is fuel-efficient and environmentally friendly. Like the T series, there are engines compatible with XTL synthetic fuel and biodiesel. In addition, 2020 models are also available in natural gas (D Wide CNG) and pure electric (D and D Wide Z.E.) versions.
